Do the goods or services promised in the contracts represent a single performance obligation?

A good or service cannot be considered distinct if it doesn’t meet the criteria solely because it is included in a separate agreement. If this situation arises then promised goods or services in other contracts entered into at or near the same time need to be analyzed to determine if, collectively, a single performance obligation is formed.
